How can I add my videos onto IntenseStation.com?

First, you have to create an account to add a video.
Once logged in, an "upload" link will appear on the top navigation bar, select it. You now have to browse for the video you want to upload on your hardrive. Once selected, select SEND.
**Uploads will usually take 1-5 minutes per MB on a high-speed connection. speed and the size of the video chosen.
